Ipsa Provisions, the NYC-based frozen food startup that has partnered with big industry names like celebrity chef Tom Colicchio, has arrived in Boston. Order cheffed-up freezer meals like a balsamic and date-braised brisket and Colicchio’s oxtail ragu for delivery across town. To mark the Boston launch, Ipsa partnered with Oleana, Sarma, and Sofra executive chef and co-owner Ana Sortun for two collaboration dishes: a spanakopita and a lamb and eggplant moussaka.
