The Story: Inspired by the rich and vibrant flavors of Sicilian cuisine, our Ravioli Caponata features Italian eggplant, currants, red onion, celery, garlic, and Castelvetrano olives, combined with creamy ricotta cheese and marinara sauce. This flavor is a tribute to the traditional caponata dish, known for its sweet and savory notes.

Chef’s Insight: “Caponata is a dish that represents home and tradition for us. By incorporating it into ravioli, we wanted to bring a taste of Sicily to every bite.”


Ravioli Amatriciana

The Story: The inspiration for this flavor comes from the classic Roman sauce, Amatriciana. Known for its bold, smoky flavors, Amatriciana sauce is made with guanciale, tomatoes, and Pecorino Romano cheese. Our chefs sought to encapsulate the essence of this iconic dish in a ravioli that would be both comforting and satisfying.
