Pasture-raised short rib braised in a sweet-savory blend of tamari, mirin, and ginger alongside heirloom rainbow carrots, kabocha squash, and daikon radish. Cooked low and slow for fork-tender meat and plenty of umami. Serve with short-grain rice (included).

Preheat oven to 400º. Remove plastic packaging. While oven is preheating, prepare rice (provided) according to package instructions. Cover dish with foil and bake on a sheet pan for 30-40 minutes. Remove foil and cook 10-15 minutes longer, until sauce is bubbling and contents are heated through.
