Fresh Herbs
A sprinkle of roughly chopped fresh herbs is a simple way to take any dish to the next level. For this dish, we love to add scallions and/or cilantro for flavor. Wash, dry well, and discard the scallion roots and cilantro stems. Thinly slice scallions on a bias and sprinkle on top before serving.

Sliced Scallions
To go along with almost any ipsa dish, fresh sliced scallions bring out brightness and a mild bite that is hard to capture in the freezer. Wash, dry, and trim a couple scallions. We slice the green tops very thin at an almost vertical angle to create long, dramatic ribbons. Plate up the dish and sprinkle over the plate.

Rice Cakes
Korean soups are traditionally served with chewy, sliced rice cakes folded in. Once the Kimchi Stew has come to a gentle simmer, add the Korean rice cakes and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Taste one! You'll know when it's ready.

Our Philosophy
FROZEN FOOD MADE BY PEOPLE WHO LOVE FOOD
Ipsa is a new kind of frozen food company started by two longtime food professionals dedicated to changing how–and what–people eat at home.
In search of a way to put a civilized meal on our dinner tables with minimal effort, we stumbled into an old friend that had been sitting there the whole time, quietly minding its own business: our freezer.
