We teamed up with our friends at Rolo’s, a new restaurant in Ridgewood, Queens, on this sourdough focaccia. Inspired by the pizza shops found on every corner in Rome, they start with a perfectly chewy, fluffy, and crispy sourdough base that gets its texture from a slow rise. On top we brush a fresh tomato sauce and scatter roasted spring onion.

  • King arthur flour
  • Jersey tomatoes
  • Green onion

Remove plastic packaging. Bake dish on a sheet pan in preheated 400° oven for 15-20 minutes, until heated through. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

Flour, Water, Tomato, Spring Onion, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Sea Salt, Yeast. Contains: Wheat.

Our Philosophy

FROZEN FOOD MADE BY PEOPLE WHO LOVE FOOD

Ipsa is a new kind of frozen food company started by two longtime food professionals dedicated to changing how–and what–people eat at home.

In search of a way to put a civilized meal on our dinner tables with minimal effort, we stumbled into an old friend that had been sitting there the whole time, quietly minding its own business: our freezer.
