Asparagus + Aged Cheddar

We teamed up with our friends at Rolo’s in Ridgewood, Queens on this rotating sourdough focaccia. Their perfectly chewy and crispy focaccia gets its texture from a slow rise. This time around, we top it with shaved Jasper Hill cheddar cheese and first-of-the-season asparagus.

  • King arthur flour

Remove plastic packaging. Bake dish on a sheet pan in preheated 400° oven for 15-20 minutes, until heated through. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
