These tamales start with a soft and flavorful masa made of freshly ground heirloom corn by our friends at Sobre Masa. Then we stuff them with your choice of two housemade fillings: 

 

-Yucatan-style braised pork with habañero salsa, wrapped in banana leaf

 

-Sweet corn, heirloom peppers, and queso fresco, wrapped in corn husks

  • Heirloom corn
  • Pasture-raised pork
  • Poblano peppers

Stovetop (recommended): Remove packaging and place tamales in steamer over simmering water. Cover and steam for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
Microwave: Remove from packaging and wrap each tamale in moistened paper towel. Microwave on high for two minutes, then flip tamales, and microwave for two more minutes until heated through.

Pork: Pork, Water, Masa (Corn, Water, Lard, Salt), Tomato, Onion, Tomatillo, Garlic, Orange Juice, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Lime Juice, Banana Leaf, Sour Orange, Chile (Morita, Puya, Arbol, Costeño, Guajillo, Habanero), Achiote, Cumin, Oregano, Allspice, Black Pepper.
