The very best frozen pizzas have landed! Crafted in partnership with David Kay of the pizza pop-up Pies Upstairs, these pizzas look and taste like the ones served up in NYC’s best pie joints.
Every few weeks this summer, we'll launch a new limited-edition Special Pie, made with hyper-seasonal ingredients from our favorite local farms.
First up: Spring Onion + Gremolata featuring produce from NJ's Lani's Farm. This genius combo includes caramelized onion + ramp cream, fresh mozz, basil + parsley gremolata, and pickled jalapeños.
↓ Serve With 1 ↓
Green Salad
You can’t go wrong with a simple salad made from farmers market greens. Tear the greens into big pieces and dress with a simple vinaigrette. Ours goes something like this: 1 part acid (vinegar or lemon), 3 parts good olive oil, dijon mustard, a few drops of maple syrup, salt + pepper.
↓ Serve With 2 ↓
Cheese
If you're a cheese-lover like we are, you'll want to grate some extra on top of your pizza once it's hot out of the oven. We go for the classic parm, but pecorino also works great here.
↓ Serve With 3 ↓
More Pizza
We love to serve these seasonal special pies alongside our classic Red or White pizzas and make it a veritable pizza party! The more the merrier, after all. Feel free to bring your favorite extras like cured meats, basil, and more to top off the classic pies before serving.

Our Philosophy
FROZEN FOOD MADE BY PEOPLE WHO LOVE FOOD
Ipsa is a new kind of frozen food company started by two longtime food professionals dedicated to changing how–and what–people eat at home.
In search of a way to put a civilized meal on our dinner tables with minimal effort, we stumbled into an old friend that had been sitting there the whole time, quietly minding its own business: our freezer.
