Like a spinach-artichoke dip in baked pasta form! For this gluten-free version of our Mac + Greens, we start with a base of Jovial brown rice penne and a blend of aged cheddar and alpine-style cheeses. To that, we add roasted local broccolini, artichoke hearts, and sautéed greens. Topped with basil-chive pesto and shredded Pecorino for a crispy top layer.

Preheat oven to 400°. Remove plastic packaging. Bake dish on a sheet pan in oven for about 50 minutes, until cooked through and top of mac begins to brown. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
