Cilantro (roughly chopped), Mint leaves, Dollop of yogurt
Water, Tomato, Cauliflower, Potatoes, Yellow Onion, Chickpeas, Peas, Canola Oil, Romanesco, Spinach, Ginger, Jalapeño, Cilantro, Guajillo Chile, Lime Juice, Kosher Salt, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Paprika, Turmeric, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Coriander, Cumin, Cloves.
Prepare rice (provided) according to package instructions.
Reheat with 1/4 cup water in a covered pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until contents are simmering.
Remove lid, reduce heat to low, and add paneer, stirring gently to incorporate.
Simmer uncovered until paneer is cooked through, about 4-5 minutes, before serving over rice.
