↓ PDP Description ↓
On the menu since Day One! Braised pasture-raised brisket and organic bok choy simmered in a mildly spicy beef and kimchi broth. Finish it at home with the included Korean rice cakes, added at the end for some satisfying chew.

Fresh Herbs
A sprinkle of roughly chopped fresh herbs is a simple way to take any dish to the next level. For this dish, we go with cilantro to add freshness and flavor. Wash, dry well, and remove most of the tough stems. Roughly chop and sprinkle on top before serving.
↓ Serve With 2 ↓
Sliced Scallions
We're big fans of fresh sliced scallions to add a mild bite that's hard to capture in the freezer. Wash, dry, and trim a couple scallions. Cut off the roots and slice the green tops very thinly on a bias (at a sharp diagonal angle). Plate up the dish and sprinkle over top.
↓ Serve With 3 ↓
Rice Cakes
Korean soups are traditionally served with chewy, sliced rice cakes folded in. Once the Kimchi Stew has come to a gentle simmer, add the Korean rice cakes and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Taste one! You'll know when it's ready.
