6 COOKIES

We collaborated with our friend and Food Network star, Katie Lee Biegel on our first ever limited-run cookie. All the flavors in this bake-from-frozen cookie work together beautifully: earthy miso, barely-sweet dark chocolate chips, and Deglet dates that melt into caramel-y goodness. Snap up a pack (or two) while you can, because when these limited-run cookies are done, they’re gone for good.

All proceeds of the sale of these cookies will be donated to the East Hampton Food Pantry working to feed seniors and families in need.
  • Deglet dates
  • Dark chocolate
  • Miso paste

Bake at 375° for 12-14 minutes. Let cool slightly before eating so cookies can firm up.

INGREDIENTS: Flour*, Sugar*, Cultured Butter*, Miso (Soybeans*, Rice Koji*, Sea Salt, Water, Koji Spores), Dates*, Chocolate (Cacao Beans*, Cane Sugar*, Cocoa Butter*, Sunflower Lecithin), Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Baking Soda. *Organic Ingredient

Our Philosophy

FROZEN FOOD MADE BY PEOPLE WHO LOVE FOOD

Ipsa is a new kind of frozen food company started by two longtime food professionals dedicated to changing how–and what–people eat at home.

In search of a way to put a civilized meal on our dinner tables with minimal effort, we stumbled into an old friend that had been sitting there the whole time, quietly minding its own business: our freezer.
