DELIVERY

We currently deliver via courier–not in the mail–to select areas in Brooklyn and Manhattan (we’re working to expand availability asap). Include any special delivery instructions (leave with doorman, call when you arrive, etc.) when you place your order to ensure smooth sailing. You’ll receive a reminder the day before your scheduled delivery and a text message notifying you when your order is en route.

WHEN IT ARRIVES

Orders are delivered in insulated cooler bags. All frozen items should be placed in your freezer as soon as possible. But don’t panic: frozen dishes can remain out of the freezer for at least eight hours after the bag is packed (typically around 4pm on your delivery date).

PREPARING IPSA DISHES

All Ipsa dishes can be prepared directly from frozen; however, if you’re able to plan ahead, we recommend defrosting many of our items overnight in the fridge for quicker prep. See each item’s label for specific defrosting and reheating recommendations.

SEASONING, GARNISHES, & SIDES

Always trust your taste buds. We recommend seasoning our food (or anyone else’s, for that matter) to your liking by adding more salt, spice, or acid. While extra effort is by no means necessary to enjoy our food, it’s always encouraged: we provide recommendations for garnishes and side dishes intended to help you take a dish to the next level or round out an even more complete meal. The bottom line is: you do you.

SERVING SIZES

Everything on our menu is meant to be shared. All dishes serve at least 2, and many comfortably serve 3 (especially if you’re preparing a salad or veg on the side). Dining alone? Store your leftovers in the fridge for an extra special office lunch or quick dinner the next day.
