Your new weekday breakfast hero. For these (crazy yummy) muffins, we combine mashed banana, grated apple, whole oats, and cinnamon. Pro tip: add them to your kiddo’s lunchbox straight from the freezer, and they’ll be perfectly defrosted by midday.
