For this impressive Passover main dish, we give Happy Valley pasture-raised beef a five-hour braise and then smother it in a sweet and sour sauce made with organic Deglet Noor dates, Balsamic vinegar, red wine, and caramelized onions + shallots. Comes with whole roasted organic rainbow carrots.

1. Remove plastic packaging, and preheat oven to 300°. 2. Cover brisket with tin foil. 3. Place dish on a sheet tray and bake in oven for 40-50 minutes until brisket and carrots are heated through. 4. Remove tin foil, transfer to platter, garnish & enjoy.
