We collaborated with Gramercy's Caffè Panna, makers of some of the best ice cream in NYC (IOHO), on this limited-run pint. We took some creative (and delicious) liberties on one of our favorite flavors, Rocky Road. We start with a base of Gianduja ice cream—a chocolate and hazelnut blend that's a staple at Italian gelaterias (we see you, Nutella lovers). Then we run swirls of homemade cinnamon marshmallow through it and mix in chunks of our irresistible chocolate cookies.
