Ice Cream
This dish is great on it's own, but extra luxurious with a scoop of ice cream or mascarpone. Once the crumble is out of the oven, let stand to cool for a bit. Serve up in bowls or plates and add a scoop. Some of our favorites are Oddfellows, McConnell's and Haagen Daz.

Baking Instructions
Two words: cookie dough. We love having these on-hand for any occasion, but find they come in handy for unexpected guests and last-minute "oops I forgot the dessert!" moments. Space on a cookie sheet and bake 400° until the edges are slightly darkened. Remove from oven and wait (if you can) ten minutes for the cookies to firm up.
↓ Serve With 3 ↓
Flaky Sea Salt
Flaky sea salt is one of our favorite ways to bring out the flavor and add a little crunch to our dishes. Yes, even desserts, Slightly less "salty" than other salts, flaky sea salt (we love Morton's) can be sprinkled liberally tableside before serving.

Our Philosophy
FROZEN FOOD MADE BY PEOPLE WHO LOVE FOOD
Ipsa is a new kind of frozen food company started by two longtime food professionals dedicated to changing how–and what–people eat at home.
In search of a way to put a civilized meal on our dinner tables with minimal effort, we stumbled into an old friend that had been sitting there the whole time, quietly minding its own business: our freezer.
