Remember summer? We captured the best of it in this light and zesty chowder featuring peak season corn and organic Sungold tomatoes. We simmer the cobbs for hours in a broth of butter and white wine, and add a touch of smokey heat from pasilla and costeño chiles. Serve with grilled shrimp rubbed in smoked paprika and Daphnis & Chloe chili flakes (included).

  • Peak-season sweet corn
  • Organic sungold tomatoes
  • White wine
  • Grilled shrimp

Reheat chowder with ¼ cup water in a covered pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add more water, ¼ a cup at a time, to thin soup to your desired consistency. Once simmering, add frozen shrimp to chowder. Stir gently to incorporate, and simmer until shrimp are cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Ladle into soup bowls, garnish, and enjoy.
