Our favorite vegetarian Indian buffet classics all packed up in one. Roasted cauliflower and romanesco, gently boiled german Butterball and fingerling potatoes, organic chickpeas, spinach, and peas in a ginger garlic chile and fresh ground Garam Masala spiced tomato sauce. (Vegetarian/vegan without paneer) (Mild spice)

Reheat with 1/4 cup water in a covered pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until contents are simmering.
Remove lid, reduce heat to low, and add paneer, stirring gently to incorporate.
Simmer uncovered until paneer is cooked through, about 4-5 minutes, before serving over rice.
