MATZO BALL SOUP

Our herb-flecked matzo balls are laced with parsley and dill, the most delicious schmaltz, and club soda to ensure a good float. We make our deceptively simple broth with whole pasture-raised chicken, aromatics, and bay leaf.

Reheat soup with 1/2 cup water in a covered pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until contents are simmering. Remove lid, reduce heat to low, and add matzo balls. Simmer gently uncovered until matzo balls are heated through, about 4-5 minutes. Ladle into bowls, garnish, and enjoy.
