An ode to the classic Passover sidekick. Why mess with a good thing? We make our Kugel with heaps of shredded Russet & Yukon Gold potatoes, roasted onions, D'artagnan duck fat, a sprinkling of chives. The perfect companion to that saucy brisket main dish. 

  • Yukon gold and russet potatoes
  • Roasted onions
  • Duck fat
  • Chives.

1. Remove plastic packaging, and preheat oven to 300°. 2. Cover with tin foil. 3. Place kugel on a sheet pan and bake in oven for 40-50 minutes until heated through. 4. Remove foil, and place kugel directly under broiler and broil 5-7 minutes until kugel turns golden brown and crisp.

Potato, Onion, Eggs, Shallot, Sunflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Duck Fat, Chives, Potato Starch, Salt, Black Pepper. CONTAINS: Eggs.
