Cilantro (roughly chopped), Lime wedges & sliced radish or cabbage, Mexican crema or sour cream
Water, Hominy (Pozole), Pork, Smoked Ham Hock, Onion, New Mexico Chile, Kosher Salt, Garlic, Sunflower Oil, Black Pepper, Cumin, Cloves, Bay Leaf.
Reheat with 1/4 cup water in a covered pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until contents are simmering.
Ladle into wide soup bowls, garnish, and enjoy.
