We teamed up with our friends and fellow Gramercy Tavern alums behind Rolo’s, a new restaurant in Ridgewood, Queens, on this limited-edition tomato pie. Inspired by the pizza shops found on every corner in Rome, we start with a perfectly chewy, fluffy, and crispy sourdough base that gets its texture from a slow rise. We then add a glug of olive oil, a coating of tomato sauce, and a sprinkle of green garlic. This pie is delicious on its own, but also makes the perfect partner to our Eggplant Marinara or Ragu Bolonese. (Vegetarian)

Fresh herbs (rough chop), Ragu Bolognese, Eggplant Marinara
Flour, Water, Tomato, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Green Garlic, Sea Salt, Wild Oregano, Yeast. Contains: Wheat.
Remove plastic packaging. Bake dish on a sheet pan in preheated 400° oven for 45-50 minutes, until heated through.  Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
