SEASONAL QUICHE

$25.00   /  SERVES 3-4

The perfect centerpiece for a weekend brunch at home, our first seasonal quiche features local spring onion, asparagus, and organic spinach in a custard of pasture-raised eggs, Maplehofe Dairy cream and two Alpine cheeses from Switzerland: sweet Emmental and nutty Appenzeller. It comes ready for you to bake up in a flaky, buttery homemade crust!

  • Asparagus
  • Spring onion
  • Emmental and appenzeller cheeses
  • Local butter and flour

Preheat oven to 375 degrees with an empty sheet pan inside. Remove quiche from plastic packaging, and place on hot sheet pan once oven is at 375. Bake for 60-70 minutes until quiche is fully cooked through. You'll know it's done when crust is golden brown and the egg mixture jiggles only slightly. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
