  • Handmade crust

Preheat oven to 400 degrees with an empty sheet pan inside. Remove tart from plastic packaging, and place on hot sheet pan once oven is at 400. Bake for 50-60 minutes until tart is fully cooked through. You'll know it's done when crust is golden brown and the ricotta mixture begins to puff up. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
