These tamales start with a soft and flavorful masa made of freshly ground heirloom corn from our friends at Brooklyn’s Sobre Masa Tortilleria. Then we stuff them with your choice of two housemade fillings: 

 

-Roasted organic cremini mushrooms + butternut squash in a mole of peanut, chile, and date


-Local, pasture-raised brisket braised in chile broth and dressed in a mild red salsa

 

  • Heirloom corn

  • Pasture-raised brisket
  • Organic jalapeño

Stovetop: Remove packaging and place tamales in steamer over simmering water. Cover and steam for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.

 

Microwave: Remove from packaging and wrap each tamale in a moistened paper towel. Microwave on high for two minutes, then flip tamales, and microwave for two more minutes until heated through.
