We partnered with our friends at Sobre Masa, a Brooklyn-based restaurant and tortilleria that celebrates the culture of corn. These tamales start with a soft and flavorful masa made of freshly ground heirloom corn from central Mexico. Available in your choice of two fillings: 

-Salsa roja braised pastured pork.

-Mole amarillo with roasted mushrooms and onions.

Stovetop (recommended): Remove packaging and place tamales in steamer over simmering water. Cover and steam for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
Microwave: Remove from packaging and wrap each tamale in moistened paper towel. Microwave on high for two minutes, then flip tamales, and microwave for two more minutes until heated through.

Pork: Corn, Water, Lard, Pork, Tomatillo, Onion, Garlic, Chiles, Salt. Vegetarian: Corn, Water, Non-GMO Canola Oil, Mushroom, Onion, Guajillo Chile, Tomato, Tomatillo, Garlic, Salt, Spices.
