Every respectable freezer needs a pack of dumplings. Produced in partnership with Chinatown's Nom Wah, a storied New York restaurant dating back to 1920, these dynamite soup dumplings are expertly made with the most delicious fillings:

Smashed Cucumber Salad
Roughly chop (or smash!) a few cucumbers, sprinkle with salt, and place in a colander to let water drain off for 15-30 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and toss liberally with sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar. We also love to add sesame seeds and chili crisp!

Boiled Greens
Bring a pot of salted water to boil and toss in a bunch of whatever greens you have around: our favorites in this case would be Chinese Broccoli, Bok Choy, or Broccolini, but spinach, kale, or even good old broccoli will do the trick. Drizzle with soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and sprinkle with sesame seeds for that extra-special vibe.
