Where We Deliver View full details
  • Roughly chop (or smash!) a few cucumbers, sprinkle with salt, and place in a colander to let water drain off for 15-30 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and toss liberally with sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar. We also love to add sesame seeds and chili crisp!

  • Bring a pot of salted water to boil and toss in a bunch of whatever greens you have around: our favorites in this case would be Chinese Broccoli, Bok Choy, or Broccolini, but spinach, kale, or even good old broccoli will do the trick. Drizzle with soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and sprinkle with sesame seeds for that extra-special vibe.

  • What's a dumpling without some sauce to dip it in? To make your own, combine soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and scallions. Whisk it all together, and you’ve got the ultimate tangy, umami-packed companion to all three varieties.
