Seasoned with cumin and coriander, we love to serve these with feta and red onion! Note: patties are raw.

  • Holistically raised lamb
  • Cumin + coriander

Defrost in refrigerator overnight, or submerge in a bowl under cold water for 1 hour, refreshing the water every 30 minutes, until meat is soft. For best results, let burgers sit at room temperature 20-30 minutes prior to cooking. Brush top + bottom of burgers with neutral cooking oil and season generously with salt. To cook, grill or pan sear over medium heat for 3-6 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 160 ̊. Let burgers rest 5 minutes before eating.
