We adore the spinach and phyllo pies found in Greece and around the Middle East and knew we wanted one on our menu. For this homage to those classics, we layer in organic spinach, roasted radicchio, a mix of fresh ricotta and feta cheeses, and lots of parsley and dill. All that goodness is topped off with a lid of phyllo dough that crisps to perfection in your oven.

  • Roasted radicchio
  • Lioni ricotta and feta cheese
  • Phyllo pastry

Preheat oven to 400°. Remove plastic packaging. Bake dish on a sheet pan for 50-60 minutes, until the center is heated through and phyllo is golden brown. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into the dish, as the pie needs time to set.
