Lighter and brighter, yellow mole is one of the seven regional moles of Oaxaca. Our interpretation of the lesser-known mole amarillo, contains charred radicchio, cremini mushrooms, and sweet corn. Order with or without our homemade chorizo meatballs. Delivered with organic long-grain rice. (Vegan without meatballs) (Mild spice)

Reheat Mole with 1/4 cup water in a covered pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until contents are simmering.
Remove lid, reduce heat to low, and simmer gently uncovered for 2-3 minutes before serving over rice or with tortillas.
